Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mumumakes.com and include photos of the item and packaging.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
